Help staff the Cheerleading Bake Sale table at Home CDHS Varsity football games!
The Bake sale table operates from 6-9:30 pm. Two shifts are available: 5:30-7:30pm & 7:30-9:30 pm.
Coordinator(s) set up table at 5 pm. First shift meets Coordinator(s) at bake sale table (next to the home stands) at 5:30 pm. The second shift meets the first shift at the bake sale table at 7:30 pm. The Coordinator (s) meet the second shift at the bake sale table at the end of the game to help pack up and to collect the money. Please choose a signup slot by clicking on the button below. Please remember that other parents are depending on you to be on time for your shift — contact Coordinator(s) with any questions.

This year's event will be held at Central Dauphin High School on Saturday, November 5th 2022, at 9AM. Doors open to the public at 8 am. Please choose a signup slot below.

The volunteer roles and brief descriptions are as follows:
Setup & Teardown – help to set up and teardown vendor tables, judges' tables, signage, etc. Please note these are only ½ shifts (2 hours).
Admissions – collect money, stamp hands of guests at the event entrance
Team Registration – welcome and check in coaches and cheerleaders as they arrive. Collect any unpaid registration fees.
Cheer Grams – staff Cheer Grams table to sell and deliver cheer grams to event participants.
Doors/Security – staff doors leading into the gymnasium. Close doors during the performance; reopen when complete. Prevent guest access during performances. Prevent guests from entering with food or beverages.
Concessions (Cafeteria) – staff concessions stand to sell lunch items and beverages to our guests.
Trophies – coordinate with awards vendor and Coach Faith to order trophies and awards, pick them up at vendors' businesses, and deliver them to the event.
Vendor Management – coordinate signup, placement, and payment of fees for all vendors. Serve as liaison for questions and coordination leading up to the event.
50/50 Drawing – coordinate cheerleader(s) to solicit 50/50 tickets and conduct winning announcement via DJ
Miscellaneous/As Directed – flex position to be assigned the day of the event based on needs, staffing, and emergencies.
