National High School Cheerleading Championships

The National High School Cheerleading Championships will again be held in Orlando, Florida on Feb 10 & 11, 2018.  Our competition team will depart Harrisburg on Thursday, Feb 8th, and return home on Monday, Feb 12th.  The team will fly down together (mandatory) out of Baltimore on February 8th.  Cheerleaders will have the option to return with the team on Feb 12th, or make other arrangements.  This is a school-sanctioned sporting event and, unless your cheerleader is staying longer then Feb 12th, no permission requests need to be submitted to the District for this trip. Cheerleaders will be staying at the All Star Resort.

Parents planning to attend and wanting to reserve lodging AND park tickets for themselves under the UCA package prices, click here.  You will need the Team Registration Number that was emailed to you.

A private transfer will shuttle the cheerleaders from the cheer garage to Baltimore/Washington International airport (BWI) on Thursday, Feb 8, and back again on Monday, Feb 12.  Meet time at Cheer Garage will be 6:00am; bus will depart Cheer Garage at 6:15am.  We will have extra seats available on the bus if any parents are also traveling to/from BWI and would like a ride.  Please contact Doug Marks if interested in one or both directions.  More details on the whole trip will follow in the 12/21/17 Booster Club meeting at 6pm in the Cheer Garage.
