As we seek parent volunteers for various events and committees throughout the season, the signup links will be posted below:

BAKE SALE TABLE

Help staff Cheerleading Bake Table at Home CDHS Varsity football games!

Bake sale table operates from 6-10pm.  Two shifts are available: 6:00-8:00pm & 8:00-10:00pm.  Parents volunteering for the first shift get in to the game free.

Coordinator(s) set up table at 5pm.  First shift meets Coordinator(s) at bake sale table (next to home stands) at 6pm.  Second shift meets first shift at bake sale table at 8pm.  Coordinator(s) meet second shift at bake sale table at end of game to help pack up and to collect the money.  Please choose a signup slot below.  Please remember that other parents are depending on you to be on time for your shift.  Contact Coordinator(s) with any questions.

WATER & ICE FOR FOOTBALL GAMES

We need parents to volunteer to provide ice and water to keep our cheerleaders cool while they cheer the football games.  Ice and water are needed for home JV football games, and both home and away varsity football games.

Ice and water should be dropped off at the cheer garage door on the day of the game at the time cheerleaders report for duty.  Case of water should be at least twenty-four, 16oz bottles.  Bags of ice should be 20lb bags.  Please choose a signup slot below.  Contact Coordinator with any questions.

22nd ANNUAL RAMS SPIRIT CHEERLEADING COMPETITION

We ask all COMPETITION parents to volunteer to run this important fundraiser for our cheer program.  This year’s event will be held at Central Dauphin High School on Saturday, November 4th, from 9am to 4pm.  Doors open to the public at 8AM. Please choose a signup slot below.  Contact Coordinator with any questions.

The volunteer roles and brief descriptions are as follows:

Setup & Teardown – help to setup and/or teardown vendor tables, judges table, signage, etc. Please note these are only ½ shifts (2 hours).

Admissions – collect money, attach wristbands to guests at event entrance

Team Registration – welcome and check in coaches and cheerleaders as they arrive.  Collect any unpaid registration fees.

Cheer Grams – staff Cheer Grams table to sell and deliver cheer grams to event participants.

Doors/Security – staff doors leading into gymnasium.  Close doors during performance; reopen when complete.  Prevent guest access during performances.  Prevent guests from entering with food or beverages.

Concessions (Lobby) – staff concessions stand to sell doughnuts, muffins, ad coffee to our guests.

Concessions (Cafeteria) – staff concessions stand to sell lunch items and beverages to our guests.

Trophies – coordinate with awards vendor and Coach Faith to order trophies and awards, pick them up at vendors business, and deliver to event.

Vendor Management – coordinate signup, placement, and payment of fees for all vendors.  Serve as liaison for questions and coordination leading up to the event.

50/50 Drawing – coordinate cheerleaders to solicit 50/50 tickets and conduct winning announcement via DJ

Miscellaneous/As Directed – flex position to be assigned day of event based on needs, staffing, and emergencies.
