Each family will also be responsible for working one shift (½ a game) assisting with the selling of the items.

The coordinator is responsible for emailing a signup link to the membership (provided by the Board) and monitoring the signup list and communicating with parent volunteers to ensure adequate staffing of the Bake Sale table.  The coordinator also is responsible for setting up the tables before the game, providing/collecting the change box for the volunteers, training the volunteers, and assisting them with putting the tables away.  The Bake Sale Table operates for all five (5) home games rain or shine as well as any home playoff games if the Rams make the playoffs.  This is an important fundraiser in that it raises almost $2,000 each year for our booster club.
